• Easily Manage Inventory

  For each of your existing items, you can record both the current stock and the minimum stock level. This way, you always have a clear overview of which items are in stock and which need to be reordered.

• Automatic Stock Adjustment

  As soon as an approved material order is placed, the stock of the corresponding item is automatically reduced. This keeps your inventory up to date without manual adjustments.

• Track Incoming & Outgoing Goods

  Incoming and outgoing goods can be recorded directly in the system. This allows you to reliably document when and in what quantity materials have been added to or removed from your inventory.

• Quick Inventory Check with CSV Export

  Export your entire item list, including current stock levels and minimum stock levels, as a CSV file. This makes your inventory checks much more efficient and faster.

• Targeted Reordering

  Use the handy filter function to display all items whose stock has fallen below the minimum level. This way, you can reorder in time and avoid shortages.

• Set start date for multiple assignments: You can now set the start date for multiple assignments simultaneously using bulk changes in the assignment list.
