With the new update, you can post your outgoing documents in record time. Whether invoices, credit notes, cancellations, or payments – all data is now exported directly to the correct posting accounts for double-entry bookkeeping in DATEV, with no manual steps in betwee
You can now assign a custom debtor number at the customer level, which will be used in the DATEV export. If none is entered, the system will continue to use the customer number by default.
In Settings > Accounting > Sales/VAT, tax rates can now be linked to specific revenue accounts. These are automatically included in the export.
Additionally, custom posting accounts can be set at the product level, e.g. to post revenues separately by type of service. If such a product is used, it will override the default account.
In the export, line items with the same account are grouped into one posting entry. Different accounts will result in multiple entries.
Payments – whether manually recorded or imported via bank integration – can now optionally be included in the posting batch. During export, you choose whether or not to include payments.
You can define the necessary posting accounts under Settings > Accounting > Payment Methods or under Bank Integration for linked accounts.

You can now create custom fields for customers, employees, tickets, assignments, and more via Settings > Custom Fields. You decide whether a field is mandatory, appears in the app, or is shown in forms.
Various field types are available, including dropdowns, text, date, or checkbox. Dropdowns can include custom options, e.g. to categorize customers as "Private" or "Business".

During deployment planning, the system now automatically detects conflicts such as overlaps, missing rest periods, overtime, or absences, and displays appropriate warnings – helping you avoid planning errors.
Payment reminders and dunning notices can now be sent automatically via email. In the dunning templates, you define how many days after the due date each reminder is sent – for example, a reminder after 14 days and the first dunning notice after 30 days. The process then runs fully automated, with no manual effort.
Quick Access from Lists
In all relevant overview lists (e.g. objects, customers, employees), you can jump directly to linked records via mouseover.
Custom Filters
Almost all lists can now be filtered by all stored information – including custom fields. Negative filters (e.g. “Contract start not set”) are also possible.
Invoice Contacts Without Names
Contacts can now be saved using only an email address, e.g. [email protected].
Split Incoming Payments
An incoming payment can now be allocated to multiple invoices. The remaining amount is displayed in real-time to help with accurate distribution.
ZUGFeRD Files for DATEV
When exporting, ZUGFeRD invoices now use the correct file type ALTERNATIVE, which enables import into DATEV.
The SBS payroll export now includes correct decimal places for hourly wages.
Payroll exports are again output with semicolons as separators.
A rounding error in the ZUGFeRD export (“Calculated total net and tax do not match…”) has been fixed.
Custom fields are now also visible in the mobile app.
The app now also supports Hungarian as a language
