App: Select rights group when uploading documents

It would be great if you could also select in the app when uploading documents to the objects whether the document should be visible to everyone or only to dashboard users - currently it is always automatically set to dashboard users and I and my object managers then always have to remember to change this in the dashboard. The same applies to uploading documents to the employee.
