Shift planner: Warning for overtime and missing rest break

I propose an extension for Plan d that enables a daily view with working time control. This function is intended to optimize shift planning and ensure that legal requirements regarding working hours are met.

The working hours of each employee per day are displayed in the clear daily view. As soon as the 10-hour limit is exceeded, this is automatically highlighted to enable overtime to be quickly identified.

A warning system for working time overruns ensures that a warning is automatically issued if an employee is scheduled for more than 10 hours. A warning is also issued if the legally prescribed 11-hour rest break between two shifts is not observed.

The automatic calculation of working hours shows the hours already worked on the current day at all times. This allows for more precise monitoring in order to recognize overtime early on and take appropriate measures.

In order to keep planning flexible, it should be possible to quickly adjust working hours. If an employee is scheduled for more than 10 hours, the system should allow quick rescheduling and at the same time suggest alternative solutions, such as redistributing the hours to other employees.

This enhancement would make the planning processes much easier and at the same time ensure that both legal requirements and the workload of employees are kept in mind.
