Scheduling without fixed times

Is there a way to assign objects / assignments only on certain dates, but away from the fixed time?

A competitor has implemented this, and it makes it easier for substitutes / substitutes and even if you can't see how long it takes for certain orders.

The employees still get the planned hours displayed in the overview, but then have no problems with the times or the order in which orders are processed!
