Calculation of the debit surcharge

In the building cleaning sector, a load surcharge of 25% on the hourly wage is mandatory by collective agreement if employees work more than 8.0 hours a day. Unfortunately, this surcharge cannot be created automatically in PlanD and must be calculated or entered manually. A solution for this would be desirable.
