Automatically release assignments during vacation

If an employee is on vacation, the assignments are still in the employee's system and you have to release them manually EVERY TIME and then reschedule them for another employee. This is very tedious and error-prone. It would be nice if these shifts automatically detected a conflict and jumped to "shifts still to be scheduled".
